Refund policy
Without Reason the Label has a 14-day return and exchange policy. This means that once you have received your order, you have 14 days to request to exchange for a different size OR request a return for a refund or full store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and if possible, in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a copy of your online order receipt for proof of purchase.
How do I return my order?
To start a return, please email us at orders@withoutreasonthelabel.com with proof of purchase, including your order number, full name, items purchased and more details about the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our warehouse. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the request for a refund or store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product price on your original payment method. Please note that our store credits do not have an expiry date.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! However, due to our limited number of sizes and items in each launch, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the size or item you would like to exchange for will be available. We will do our best to accommodate any exchange requests, but if we are unable to fulfil this request, you can request a full refund or store credit within 14 days, as per our refund policy.
If you would like to request an exchange, please email us at orders@withoutreasonthelabel.com with proof of purchase, including your order number, full name, items purchased and more details about the exchange.

Once we've received the item(s) you are exchanging, we will send you an email with your tracking details.
My order was incorrect or damaged. What do I do?
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. You can email us at orders@withoutreasonthelabel.com with images and/or videos of the garment, and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
